Return Policy

At EMALL, we always aim for a great shopping experience, enjoy the product that you purchased and have value for money. That is exactly why we want to hear from you first about your purchase experience. Therefore, if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately so we can resolve whatever concern that you may have. We want you to be happy.

Before we go into the nitty-gritty of returns, we want you to know that our aim to satisfy with the items you received, and will work with you to make the returns so easy!

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for ecommerce products. In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 14 days of purchase. we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since your purchase. Please note that return policy may change for each product, and it is mentioned under each product. The content here is the default policy in case the product doesn’t have special return policy.

In an effort to get deals to the customer in the quickest time possible, digital products & vouchers are delivered automatically within few minutes of purchase. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products after the customer has received the voucher.

For Services: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date. For Tickets: EMALL Voucher for Deals / tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after the customer has received the voucher, unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be

1. in the original packaging with tags

2. Unwashed, Unworn and Unused

Note: We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We Do Not Accept Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Note: We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back.

Return Instruction

Please contact us immediately with your request. We will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s).

After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method. It may take between 7 to 10 business days to get your money back- depending on your payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us to be provided with a mailing address and return code.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Order Cancellation

We try to process orders quickly to ensure items are shipped. Please note that any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 10/- regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant

processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations. Orders canceled after it has been processed and shipped will not be refunded because the item cannot be re-routed
