At eMall, we always aim for a great shopping experience, enjoy the product that you purchased and have value for money. That is exactly why we want to hear from you first about your purchase experience. Therefore, we implemented an excellent and easy return policy.
eMall offers an easy, big marketplace for sellers to list and sell their products through website and mobile application.
eMall will handle the process of marketing, order management, call center, collecting of cash, payment processing and shipping.
eMall has the right to reject any product listing or selling it if the product is against company selling policy.
Please Read This Conditions Carefully
Return and exchange will be free of charges under conditions:
- Product is damaged.
- Product is different from the original order.
Shipping fees may be applied on customers that are requesting to return or exchange under other conditions.
Undergarment products (Lingerie-Socks) are not returnable.
Grocery products are not returnable However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item return will be applicable.
Pet food is not returnable.
For return or exchange requests, the product should be in the same condition as when it was received (Box-Warranty Card-Catalogs).
Digital products are not returnable or refundable.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days from the time of receiving the order.
Refunds will be applied between 7-14 days from receiving the product.
