1. How to Fulfill an Order
You can manage your orders from your store dashboard by accessing the Orders (Sales) where you can fulfill, cancel and track your orders.
2. Filter orders by payment status, Delivery status, and Order code.
3. Click on "View" button to get order details and update order status.
4. Change status to "Confirmed, Cancelled, etc." by clicking "Order Status" dropdown.
The seller cannot cancel any order after the order status is confirmed. If the seller cancels any order after confirmation, a "Penalty Amount" will be imposed on the seller.
