Whenever a seller receives an order, the seller is committed to provide the product within 48 hours and with original packaging.
After confirming the order with the customer, the seller can't cancel the order or a penalty of 30% from order price will be applied.
Even if the seller ships a different product by mistake, the seller is still committed to reshipping the same product for the customer, in this case reshipping costs will be paid by the seller.
Sellers accept a charge of 30% of listing price if order is not available or cancel an order after confirming it with the customer.
Sellers have the obligation to honor the product price as per listing if product price or stock are not updated.
Seller must mention in product listing if product is used or not guaranteed in product title and description.
Sellers can’t update price or remove product listing before completing all pending orders.
All settlement will proceed to the seller account within 14 working days.
eMall has the right to do further discounts on your products, discounts will be included in the invoice and adjusted from our commission.
In the case of any disputes, the seller is responsible to provide proof of packaging in good condition and upon pickup by the courier partner.
eMall will offer competitive listing ads services to increase sales and brand marketing.
Product listing ads fees will not be fixed, it could be commission based or price based depending on product category.
eMall will generate and spread marketing insights on a weekly or monthly basis for sellers to assist with marketing plans and pricing strategies, depending on the package.
All sellers should maintain confidentiality of confidential data and information which we share with them and customers data without prior approval from eMall.
Emall has the right to change and modify any point of terms and conditions with a 30 days notice period.
